Abstract:
A variable-frequency polarization polishing apparatus (A) and method. Said apparatus comprises: a power supply module (1), provided with a power supply connection end (11); an inverter frequency converter (2), outputting an alternating current having an adjustable frequency; a frequency control apparatus (3), controlling the frequency of the alternating current outputted by the inverter frequency converter (2); a control device (5), controlling a predetermined frequency of the alternating current of the frequency control apparatus (3); and an electropolishing device (6), using the alternating current which is outputted by the inverter frequency converter (2) and has a variable frequency and a variable voltage, such that the electropolishing device (6) directly machines the surface of a workpiece with an alternating current of the predetermined frequency and voltage. Thus, provided are the apparatus and method which are used for an electropolishing device (6) and can change the frequency of a machining current in a variable-frequency manner, achieving the purpose of stable polishing.
