Abstract:
The present invention provides a variable-resistance exercise device, and may comprise: a power provision part, which is supplied with a power source from the outside so as to provide power; a power distribution part which is connected to one side of the power provision part, and which has a first shaft and a second shaft at both sides thereof and a differential gear, which controls power distribution so as to transmit distributed power to the first shaft and the second shaft; an action part connected to the first shaft so as to receive the distributed power, thereby rotating in a first direction; a handle part connected to the action part so as to provide, to the action part, a load in the direction opposite to the first direction; and a braking part which is connected to the second shaft, and which generates braking force corresponding to the load so that the magnitude of the power distributed to the handle part can be controlled.
