Abstract:
A variable slide manhole safety guard according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises, as the essential features: an installation support part which extends a preset length in the vertical direction and forms a rail structure for vertical position changes of a moving guide; the moving guide which is mounted on the rail structure so that the vertical position of the guide is changeable, and which is extended to a preset height in the vertical direction, and which is mounted integrally with a safety fence; the safety fence which is formed with a plurality of frames of a cylindrical structure with the outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of a manhole entrance opening, and which has an opening and closing entrance door provided on one side surface of the upper part of the fence; a safety fence position fixing part which has mounted, on the lower end thereof, a stopping member for fixing the vertical height of the moving guide by means of a rotational movement of a stopping lever; and a ladder which is provided on the inner wall of a manhole adjacent to the installation support part, and which extends a preset length into the manhole from the manhole entrance opening.
