Abstract:
This variable-speed power device is provided with: a synchronous machine having a stator provided with an armature winding to form an armature, a first rotor having magnetic poles, and a second rotor provided between the first rotor and the stator to drive a load; an induced voltage angle estimation unit for estimating the electrical angle of an induced voltage generated in the armature on the basis of a first angle of the first rotor and a second angle of the second rotor; and, an electric power converter for adjusting the frequency of electric power for driving the synchronous machine on the basis of the estimated electrical angle of the induced voltage.
