Abstract:
A variable transmission system of a hybrid electric vehicle, comprising an engine (1), a first motor (2), a second motor (3), an input shaft (4), an output shaft (5), a first synchronizer (S1) and a second synchronizer (S2), wherein the input shaft (4) is connected to the engine (1); first and second gears (A1, B1) sleeve on the input shaft (4); the first synchronizer (S1) is connected to the input shaft (4); the input shaft (4) is respectively connected or not connected to the first gear (A1) or the second gear (B1) by means of the first synchronizer (S1); third and fourth gears (A3, B3) sleeve on the output shaft (5); the second synchronizer (S2) is connected to the output shaft (5); the output shaft (5) is respectively connected or not connected to the third gear (A3) or the fourth gear (B3) by means of the second synchronizer (S2); a first motor shaft is connected to a fifth gear (A2) and a sixth gear (B2); the fifth, first and third gears (A2, A1, A3) are mutually driven, and the sixth, second and fourth gears (B2, B1, B3) are mutually driven; and a second motor shaft is connected to the output shaft (5) by means of a transmission mechanism (8). The variable transmission system of the hybrid electric vehicle has a simple and compact structure, few gear shifting control devices and low use costs; in an EV working condition, the two motors can drive the output shaft at the same time; and power gear shifting can be achieved both in the EV working condition and an HEV working condition.
