Abstract:
A variable valve lift device comprises: a main shaft (10), a barrel (20), a cylinder (30), and a valve mechanism (50). The barrel (20) sleeves on the main shaft (10), and is driven by the main shaft to rotate together with the main shaft. The barrel (20) can also move linearly relative to the main shaft in an axial direction of the main shaft. The barrel (20) is provided with a cam assembly (21). The cam assembly comprises at least two cams (211, 212) with different protrusion heights. The cylinder comprises a cylinder barrel (31) and a piston (32) provided in the cylinder barrel. The cylinder barrel is fixed on the main shaft. The piston is fixedly connected to the barrel. The cylinder drives the barrel to move linearly relative to the main shaft in the axial direction of the main shaft, so as to selectively cause the cams having different protrusion heights to come into contact with the valve mechanism. The variable valve lift device has a simple structure and a compact arrangement, is easy to control, and has a readily switchable operating position. A vehicle having the variable valve lift device is also provided.
