Abstract:
A variable vane pump according to the present invention comprises: a rotor (200) connected to a driving shaft (300) by means of a spline, and having vanes (100), linearly moving along the inner sides of a plurality of vane grooves dispersed and arranged in a circumferential direction, respectively, fitted thereto; a cylinder ring (400) formed to encompass the outer periphery of the rotor (200) so as to be eccentric with respect to the rotor (200); a pinion gear (800) formed at one side of the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder ring (400) so as to maintain the eccentricity; and a relief valve (870) connected to the pinion gear (800), further includes, between one side of the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder ring (400) and the pinion gear (800), a roller bearing (840) for controlling the eccentricity of the cylinder ring (400), has a recessed step formed in a region spaced by a predetermined gap from the roller bearing (840) formed at the cylinder ring (400), and further includes, at the recessed step, a fixing pin (830) for preventing the cylinder ring (400) from exceeding a predetermined rotational radius when the cylinder ring rotates.
