Abstract:
It is intended to provide a method of conveniently processing vegetable waste to thereby solve the problems (cost, energy, environmental troubles, processing time, etc.) occurring in processing vegetable waste which can be hardly solved by the conventional art. Thus, a vegetable fiber-digesting agent containing no microorganism but a vegetable fiber-digesting enzyme originating in a microorganism is provided. Also, a method of processing vegetable waste by treating the vegetable waste with the above-described vegetable fiber-digesting agent is provided.
