Abstract:
A vegetable juice production device (1) is configured from a pair of spur gears (11, 12) and first helical gears (13, 14), the first helical gears (13, 14) being located below the pair of spur gears (11, 12). The first helical gears (13, 14) have a greater number of teeth than the spur gears (11, 12). The intermediate position between the rotation axes of the first helical gears (13, 14) is located vertically below the intermediate position between the rotation axes of the spur gears (11, 12). While being squeezed, a juice material sequentially passes through between the spur gears (11, 12), which rotate opposite to each other, and through between the first helical gear (13) and the first helical gear (14), which rotate opposite to each other.
