Abstract:
This vehicle antenna is provided with: a wire-like or belt-like first antenna element through which power supply or power reception relating to electric wave transmission or reception is carried out; a wire-like or belt-like second antenna element that is connected to the first antenna element; and a dielectric body that is in contact with at least the second antenna element. Regarding an element portion spanning from the connection part of the first antenna element and the second antenna element to the leading end of the second antenna element located farthest from the connection part, the dielectric body has: a first dielectric body of a high dielectric constant in contact with a portion on the leading end side; and a second dielectric body of a low dielectric constant in contact with a portion on the connection part side.
