Abstract:
A vehicle body door slot detection method based on edge detection. The method comprises: 1) building a vehicle body door slot detection device, and detecting a vehicle body door slot image; 2) performing filtering processing on the image; 3) smoothing the filtered image by using a first-order partial derivative of a Gaussian function, and then calculating the gradient and direction of the image by using a finite difference of the first-order partial derivative, so as to form a gradient image; 4) performing non-maximum suppression on a gradient amplitude in the gradient image, only retaining a local maximum value point, and obtaining discrete points of an edge contour gradient image; 5) giving a low threshold value and a high threshold value, recording points with a gradient value greater than the high threshold value as strong edge pixels to serve as anchor points in the image, setting pixels to be zero for points with a gradient value less than the low threshold value, and connecting the anchor points to form an edge image; and 6) extracting feature points of the edge image, matching a laser-marked image window, finding a position perpendicular to a slot, calculating a Manhattan distance at the window, and acquiring the minimum value of the width of the door slot. In the present invention, the robustness and accuracy of a detection model are improved by means of edge detection and a Manhattan distance.
