Abstract:
In a vehicle body joining location optimization analysis method according to the present invention, all or a portion of a vehicle body model is set (S1) as a model under analysis, joining candidate points are densely set in the model under analysis and an optimization analysis model 151 is generated (S3), a variable load condition is set (S5), the reciprocal of a prescribed target fatigue life is set (S7) as a target cumulative damage level, increase in the stiffness of the optimization analysis model 151, decrease in the cumulative damage level that is the reciprocal of the fatigue life of the joining candidate points 155, and minimization of the number of joining candidate points 155 are set (S9) as optimization analysis conditions, and the variable load condition is applied to the optimization analysis model 151 and an optimization analysis is performed to calculate (S13) the optimal positioning of joining points 157 that satisfies the optimization analysis conditions.
