Abstract:
A brake control device 30 of a brake device comprises: a first acquisition unit 31 which acquires the operating force PF input to a brake pedal; a second acquisition unit 32 which acquires the stroke amount SS of the brake pedal; a target derivation unit 35 which derives the target braking power BPTr on the basis of the operating force PF and the stroke amount SS; and a brake control unit 36 which controls the braking power of the vehicle on the basis of the target braking power BPTr. The target derivation unit 35 increases or maintains the target braking power BPTr when the operating force decreases during an increase of the stroke amount SS.
