Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle brake disc coating composition and a method for forming a coating layer with increased abrasion resistance and friction by using same, the composition being for the reduction of particulate matter generation from a cast iron-based brake disc material during driving. The vehicle brake disc coating composition of the present invention comprises a WC-Ni-Cr composite and at least one additive selected from among Cr-C powder, W-C powder, Ti-C powder, Zr-C powder, Hf-C powder, Ta-C powder and Si-C powder.
