Abstract:
A vehicle cleaner system (100) is provided with a cleaner unit (110) for cleaning an external sensor (6), which is installed in a vehicle (1) to acquire information relating to the exterior of the vehicle (1), by discharging a cleaning solution onto the external sensor (6), and a cleaner control unit which controls the cleaner unit (110). The cleaner control unit (116) is configured to acquire vehicle speed information relating to the traveling speed of the vehicle (1), and to control the cleaner unit (110) in accordance with the vehicle speed information in such a way as to cause a difference in at least one of a discharge quantity of the cleaning solution, a discharge quantity of the cleaning solution per unit time, a number of discharges of the cleaning solution, a number of discharges of the cleaning solution per unit time, and a discharge time of the cleaning solution.
