Abstract:
This control device for performing traveling control of a vehicle is provided with: a sensor that detects the surrounding circumstances of the vehicle; and a traveling control unit that performs traveling control for automatic driving on the basis of a detection result of the sensor. While stoppage shift control for performing deceleration or stoppage of the vehicle is executed, in the case where the detection result of the sensor or the state of the vehicle satisfies a predetermined condition, the traveling control unit causes the vehicle to stay on a traveling path, and in the case where the detection result of the sensor or the state of the vehicle does not satisfy a predetermined condition, the traveling control unit causes the vehicle to move to the outside of the path adjacent to the traveling path.
