Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a vehicle control device that enables guidance to a narrow region by low speed automatic driving with rapid and precise positioning of a vehicle, and guidance of the vehicle to a stop position, the details of which are unknown, with designation of each stop area by a beacon. A vehicle control device 101 according to the present invention comprises: a wireless receiving unit 121 that receives, from a plurality of antennas 102 mounted on a vehicle 100, radio waves which are transmitted from a plurality beacons 201; a position information acquisition unit 122 that uses orientation information of the radio waves received by the wireless receiving unit to obtain position information of the beacons; and a guidance region estimation unit 124 that uses the position information to set a diagonal line 301 of a rectangular region 302 and estimates a guidance region 312 from the diagonal line.
