Abstract:
The disclosed vehicle control device (10) is for controlling a motor (2) that drives the wheels (5) of a vehicle (1), and comprises: a first calculation unit (11) that calculates a first vehicle body speed (VBreal) on the basis of the angular velocity of the wheels (5); a second calculation unit (12) that calculates a second vehicle body speed (VBref) on a shorter cycle than the first calculation unit (11) on the basis of the angular velocity of the motor (2); an estimation unit (13) that estimates an estimated vehicle body speed (VBctrl) calculated through joint use of the first vehicle body speed (VBreal) and the second vehicle body speed (VBref), depending on the state of the vehicle (1); and a control unit (16) that controls the motor (2) on the basis of the estimated vehicle body speed (VBctrl) estimated by the estimation unit (13).
