Abstract:
A planned route generation unit 3 generates a planned route for a self-driving vehicle 10. A no-travel area plan generation unit 4 generates a plan for a no-travel area, which is set as an area in which the self-driving vehicle 10 can travel, but will not travel. The no-travel area plan generation unit 4 generates the plan for the no-travel area at a frequency lower than the frequency with which the planned route generation unit 3 generates the planned route. A transmission unit 6 transmits the plan for the no-travel area to other vehicles, every time the plan for the no-travel area is generated.
