Provided in the present application are a vehicle deadlock processing method, an apparatus and a related device, which can be applied to the fields of autonomous driving, intelligent vehicles and the like. The method comprises: receiving vehicle deadlock information from a first vehicle, the vehicle deadlock information of the first vehicle comprising identifier information of the first vehicle, and further comprising information of the position where the first vehicle is located and/or information of a first conflict object corresponding to the first vehicle; and, according to the vehicle deadlock information of the first vehicle, sending to the first vehicle a deadlock-solving suggestion for the first vehicle and/or sending to at least one second vehicle a deadlock-solving suggestion for the at least one second vehicle, the at least one second vehicle being a vehicle associated with the vehicle deadlock information of the first vehicle. By implementing the present application, the efficiency of solving vehicle deadlock can be increased.
