Abstract:

A control device (10) for controlling an internal combustion engine (EG), a first rotating electric machine (MG1), a first engagement device (CL1), and a second engagement device (CL2) can perform first transfer control when transferring from a first mode to a second mode. The first transfer control includes a first control, a second control, and a third control. The first control changes the second engagement device (CL2) from an engagement state to a release state while maintaining the third engagement device (CL3) of a transmission mechanism (T) in the engagement state, wherein the second engagement device (CL2) connects/disconnects the power transmission between two selected from three rotating elements (E1-E3) of a distribution differential gear mechanism (SP). The second control controls the rotational speed of a rotor (RT1) after the first control so that the rotational speed (N1) of the first rotating element (E1) approaches a target rotational speed (Nt). The third control changes the first engagement device (CL1) from the release state to the engagement state after the second control and starts up the internal combustion engine (EG) by the drive power transmitted from the first rotating electric machine (MG1) to the internal combustion engine (EG) via the first engagement device (CL1), wherein the first engagement device (CL1) connects/disconnects the power transmission between an input member (I) and the first rotating element (E1).
