Abstract:
This vehicle drive device comprises a first oil accepting portion (7) disposed below a rotary electrical machine (2), an oil supply passage (70) for supplying oil that has accumulated in the first oil accepting portion (7) to locations to be lubricated, from inflow ports (79), and a discharge port (4) for discharging the oil in the first oil accepting portion (7), wherein the discharge port (4) is provided above a reference oil level (P0) that is set below a rotor (2r) and above the inlet ports (70), so as to have a part positioned below a restriction target oil level (Q) that is inclined as a result of a change in attitude and acceleration/deceleration of a vehicle.
