Abstract:
A management server (100) obtains move history information and charging history information from an in-vehicle terminal (300). Based on the move history information and the charging history information, the management server (100) returns, to the vehicle user, a partial or the full amount of battery charging fee charged for making a vehicle (30) travel up to a business place (20). The move history information includes the arrival point information of the vehicle (30) and the travel distance information of the vehicle (30) from a departure point. The management server (100) identifies the business place (20) from the arrival point information and sets, from the business place (20), a person to whom fee is charged. The management server (100) also calculates a return fee on the basis of the travel distance information. This makes it possible for the vehicle user to receive the return of the charging fee even if battery charging is not performed at a designated place.
