Abstract:
In order that heat produced by both a lighting circuit (6) and a discharge lamp (5), which are coupled by means of a connector part (5a) to form a single piece, is efficiently radiated to the inner part of a headlamp case (3) so that the heat radiated in one part is not transmitted to the other part, a radiating plate (7) having high heat conductivity which radiates the heat transmitted from the lighting circuit (6) and the discharge lamp (5) to the inner part of the headlamp case (3) is provided on the back surface side of a reflector (4) through which the discharge lamp (5) is fixedly inserted.
