Abstract:
A vehicle heat exchanger, which cools and condenses a refrigerant through heat exchange with cooling water, comprises: a condenser which is configured such that the cooling water and the refrigerant exchange heat while flowing separately from each other and which includes a plurality of first heat exchange plates stacked therein; a gas-liquid separator for separating a gas-phase component from the refrigerant that has passed through the condenser; a supercooling unit which is configured such that the cooling water that has passed through the condenser and the refrigerant that has passed through the gas-liquid separator exchange heat while flowing separately from each other and which has a plurality of second heat exchange plates stacked therein; and a connector disposed between the condenser and the supercooling unit and forming a cooling water passage allowing the cooling water to flow from the condenser to the supercooling unit and a refrigerant passage allowing the refrigerant to flow from the condenser to the supercooling unit via the gas-liquid separator. The connector includes a first middle plate and a second middle plate arranged in close contact with each other. The refrigerant passage includes a refrigerant discharge passage and a refrigerant return passage that are respectively formed by indented grooves provided in one or more surfaces of the first middle plate and the second middle plate, the surfaces facing each other and the indented grooves being formed by dams protruding from the facing surfaces of the first and second middle plates.
