Abstract:
This vehicle information display apparatus utilizes a portion of windshield glass (6) of a vehicle as a display region to display information inside the vehicle, the vehicle information display apparatus being provided with: an image display device (48) for projecting image light of the information, the image display device (48) being provided inside the vehicle; a transparent sheet (51) provided on the inside surface of the display region set in a portion of the windshield glass (6); and a light-direction changing panel (54) for changing the direction of the image light from the image display device (48) to a direction toward the transparent sheet (51); the transparent sheet (51) including, in order from the windshield glass (6) side toward the image display device (48), a phase difference plate, an absorption-type polarizing plate for absorbing specific polarized waves, and a transparent sheet material having a light-diffusing effect, and the information indicated by the image light, the direction of which is changed by the light-direction changing panel (54), being displayed toward the inside of the vehicle.
