Abstract:
This vehicle interior structure is provided with: a driver's seat (1) positioned in a passenger compartment; a passenger seat (4) positioned to the rear of the driver's seat (1) in the passenger compartment; and a partition panel (7) disposed in the vehicle width direction between the driver's seat (1) and the passenger seat (4). A weak section (43) is provided to at least one of an upper edge and a lower edge (41) in the partition panel (7), said weak section (43) comprising: recesses (45) formed by notches (N) that extend toward the center (C) in the vertical direction; and protrusions (47) that protrude in such a manner that a distance (D1) from the center (C) in the vertical direction to leading edges (61b, 63a, 65a) in the vertical direction is greater than the distance of the recesses (45).
