A vehicle lamp module (200), a light system, and a vehicle (100), which are used for performing adjustment of different lighting ranges according to different driving states of the vehicle, so as to improve functions implemented by vehicle light. The vehicle lamp module (200) comprises a light source component (201), a driving component (202), and a shielding component (203); the driving component (202) is connected to the shielding component (203); the light source component (201) is used for emitting a first light beam to the shielding component (203), and the shielding component (203) is located on a transmission optical path of the first light beam; the driving component (202) is used for driving the shielding component (203) to move according to a driving instruction, so as to change a relative position of the shielding component (203) and the first light beam, and a second light beam emitted by the shielding component (203) is displayed on a path around the vehicle (100) by using a target light type; and the shielding component (203) comprises at least one moving member, at least part of the first light beam is irradiated on the moving member, and the shape of the cross section of the second light beam is in one-to-one correspondence with the target light type.
