Abstract:
A lifting and lowering device (200) and a vehicle (10) having same. The lifting and lowering device (200) is configured to connect a suspension mechanism (300) and a chassis (100) of the vehicle (10), and comprises a multi-link mechanism and a deformation driving mechanism. A first end of the multi-link mechanism is hinged with the chassis (100), and a second end of the multi-link mechanism is hinged with the suspension mechanism (300). The deformation driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the multi-link mechanism and is configured to drive the multi-link mechanism to drive the chassis (100) to move up and down. The lifting and lowering device (200) can lift and lower the chassis (100) so as to adjust the center of gravity of the vehicle (10), so that the vehicle (10) can change the height of the chassis according to actual needs in high-speed movement, low-speed movement, slop climbing or other scenarios.
