The present invention provides a vehicle light guide and a vehicle lamp which can suppress the occurrence of point light, etc.　This vehicle light guide (14) comprises: an incident side light guide part (14P) that has an incident surface (14a) that controls light from a first light source (12) so as to be incident thereto, a first reflection surface (14b) that reflects part of the light in a first direction (D1), and a second reflection surface (14c) that reflects part of the light in a second direction (D2) different from the first direction (D1); an emission side light guide part (14Q) that branches from the incident side light guide part (14P) in the first direction (D1) and has a first emission surface (14f) that emits the light reflected by the first reflection surface (14b) toward a front surface side; and a supply side light guide part (14R) that branches from the incident side light guide part (14P) in the second direction (D2) and has a second emission surface (14g) that supplies the light reflected by the second reflection surface (14c) to a second lamp unit (20), and the first reflection surface (14b) is provided so as to reflect the light from the emission side light guide part (14Q) toward an incident surface (14a) side or toward an emission side light guide part (14Q) side.
