Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle lower front protective cross beam, comprising an intermediate section located in the middle along the length direction of the vehicle lower front protective cross beam, and further sequentially having a strengthening transition section, a strengthening section, and a distal transition section from the intermediate section to both ends, and a distal section located on an end portion of the vehicle lower front protective cross beam. The wall thickness of the strengthening section is greater than that of all other sections. The strengthening section, the intermediate section, and the distal section are of a constant thickness structure having the constant wall thickness along the length direction. Both the strengthening transition section and the distal transition section are of a variable thickness structure having the continuously changing wall thickness along the length direction. In addition, the present invention also relates to a vehicle lower front protective cross beam assembly, and a vehicle. The vehicle lower front protective cross beam in the present invention has the characteristics of being simple in structure, capable of locally strengthening, and obvious advantages in lightweight, achieves the lightweight vehicle body while satisfying the safety performance requirement, and has good promotion prospect and application value.
