Abstract:

This vehicle management system includes an on-board device which transmits vehicle-to-vehicle communication information including at least the ID of another vehicle, positioned in a vehicle-to-vehicle communication-possible range, said ID having been received via vehicle-to-vehicle communication from an on-board device of the other vehicle. A vehicle management device determines the presence or absence of corresponding vehicle-to-vehicle communication information by comparing vehicle-to-vehicle communication information received from the on-board devices on a plurality of different vehicles.
