Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a vehicle monitoring method and monitoring system. The vehicle monitoring method comprises: calculating a polarization angle of polarized light in a sky image reflected by a vehicle window in a monitoring scene, and calculating a filter polarization angle according to the polarization angle of the polarized light in the sky image reflected by the vehicle window, the polarized light in the sky image being formed by scattering sunlight in a sky region corresponding to the sky image; filtering, according to the filter polarization angle, the polarized light in the sky image reflected by the vehicle window in the monitoring scene; and imaging the monitoring scene to form a monitoring image.
