Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle-mounted carbonization apparatus which serves as a compact carbonization facility capable of stably carbonizing objects to be carbonized in a short time at the site where the objects to be carbonized are produced. The vehicle-mounted carbonization apparatus includes a carbonization chamber which has support projections provided on a bottom surface and which is mounted on rails laid on the bottom of a carbonization furnace case. The support projections of the carbonization chamber fit loosely into projection support holes provided in the rails while keeping a certain clearance therebetween, and deformation and displacement of the carbonization chamber caused by expansion and contraction of components due to thermal expansion are absorbed by the clearance in the projection support holes. The vehicle-mounted carbonization apparatus is configured such that weight is distributed so as to reduce the weight load of components and structural sections of the carbonization apparatus main body on the chassis of a trailer of a vehicle as much as possible.
