A vehicle-mounted electrically locking and clamping support, comprising a base (A), a locking and clamping device (10), a driving device (20), and a control device (30). The locking and clamping device (10) is connected to the driving device (20). The control device (30) is connected to the driving device (20). The driving device (20) comprises a motor (21) and a transmission mechanism (22), and a magnet (223) is mounted on the transmission mechanism (22) and connected between the shaft end of the motor (21) and the locking and clamping device (10). The control device (30) comprises a first signal detection unit (31), a second signal detection unit (32), a Hall sensor (33), and a microprocessor (34). The first signal detection unit (31), the second signal detection unit (32), and the Hall sensor (33) are respectively connected to the microprocessor (34). Therefore, rotation information of the motor (21) and the transmission mechanism (22) is monitored by the Hall sensor (33), so as to control the motor (21) to stop accurately, so that the support is more sensitive and quicker in response and action, and an emergency power supply (40) is configured to deal with the locking phenomenon when the support is suddenly powered off, so that great convenience is provided for users.
