Abstract:
According to the present invention, when an output voltage of a vehicular battery is less than a lower limit value of an activating voltage, a power storage unit is charged by power supplied from the outside to a non-contact power reception unit, and the power charged in the power storage unit is supplied to a control unit through a power discharge unit to enable activation of the control unit. After the control unit is activated, a battery relay unit is controlled in a connection state by the control unit by using the power supplied from the power storage unit through the power discharge unit. Power is supplied to the vehicular battery by means of a high voltage battery, and accordingly, the vehicular battery can output a voltage equal to or greater than the lower limit value, and a plurality of relay units can be connected.
