Abstract:
The present invention relates to a road marking device, and more specifically relates to a vehicle-mounted road marking device which makes it possible to mark (paint) four lines on a road at the same time so that three lanes can be formed even with only one drive along the road. A normal vehicle-mounted road marking device, whereby a driver carries out the work of painting lines while driving a vehicle, comprises: a 1st line painting unit for painting a centre line or a 1st line on the left of the road, in a state in which the same has been positioned by being moved so as to extend first from the left side of the vehicle body; a 2nd line painting unit devised such that a 1st lane is formed on the road by painting a 2nd line on the left, once the same has been additionally positioned by being moved so as to extend from the left side of the vehicle body after the 1st line painting unit; a 4th line painting unit for painting a 1st line on the right of the road or the boundary line between the lanes and the shoulder, in a state in which the same has been positioned by being moved so as to extend first from the right side of the vehicle body; a 3rd line painting unit devised such that 2nd and 3rd lanes are formed separately on the road by painting a 3rd line on the left, once the same has been additionally positioned by being moved so as to extend from the left side of the vehicle body after the 4th line painting unit; a separate movement body which makes it possible for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and4th line painting units to be respectively independently positioned by being moved to extend or retract in both directions of the vehicle body through an advance/retreat action using hydraulic pressure from within the body of the vehicle; a distance measurer which makes it possible to set painting lengths for broken lines by detecting the number of rotations of the vehicle's rear wheels, in a state in which the same is provided coupled on one side of the vehicle body; and a plurality of driving guides which make it possible to ascertain the positions of guidelines marked in advance on the road surface while driving the vehicle, by being provided coupled to the front bumper of the vehicle.
