A vehicle navigation method and device, a vehicle, and a readable storage medium. The vehicle navigation method comprises: obtaining, from a third-party data terminal, an offset of a present vehicle and an index value of a road where the vehicle is located, wherein the offset is used for representing the distance of a preset prompted position relative to the initial position of the present vehicle, and the initial position of the present vehicle is the departure position of the present vehicle on the current road (S101); determining, according to the offset and the index value, the memory refresh rate when the third-party data terminal sends the offset (S102); and calculating the cumulative offset of the vehicle on the basis of the memory refresh rate and the offset, wherein the cumulative offset is an actual distance amount of the preset prompted position relative to the initial position of the present vehicle (S103); and navigating the vehicle on the basis of the cumulative offset (S104). Therefore, the problem that the offset received by the vehicle sometimes cannot be directly applied to vehicle navigation can be effectively solved.
