Abstract:
A vehicle and robot participation-based alarm system and method. The system is characterized in that: when a high-rise building in a city has a possible fire therein, a warning center of the city sends to a vehicle monitoring platform, by means of an Internet of Things, position information and a building name of the high-rise building and names of streets at a periphery of the high-rise building; when it is determined that there is a target vehicle on said streets, the vehicle monitoring platform sends to the target vehicle disaster warning information comprising the position information and building name of the high-rise building; and when it is determined that there is no target vehicle on said streets, the vehicle monitoring platform sends to a robot monitoring platform, by means of the Internet of Things, the disaster warning information. The present invention enables a possible fire in a high-rise building to be recognized in a timely manner, thus preventing serious financial losses. In addition, the present invention enables a target robot to participate in a fire warning activity, and performs financial management on a financial management account corresponding to a corresponding user identifier of the target robot, thus providing an incentive for the target robot to participate in a fire warning activity.
