Abstract:
A seat back (3) has left and right side frames (11) disposed apart from each other to the left and right, and a wire (14) disposed between the left and right side frames (11) and extending substantially parallel to the side frames (11). A back pad (20) is placed over the side frames (11) and the wire (14). The back pad (20) has a first pad layer (21) on a seating-surface side, and a second pad layer (22) disposed on the side opposite from the seating surface of the first pad layer (21). The second pad layer (22) is harder than the first pad layer (21). The second pad layer (22) is supported in contact with the side frames (11) and the wire (14).
