Abstract:
A vehicle sill structure. The vehicle sill structure (100) comprises a vehicle body sill assembly (1) used for absorbing collision energy and a chassis sill assembly (2) used for protecting a battery module, wherein the vehicle body sill assembly comprises an outer panel subassembly (1') and an inner panel subassembly (1'') which are connected to each other, the inner panel subassembly comprises an assembly inner panel (5) and a sill outer beam (7) provided with a cavity, the chassis sill assembly and the vehicle body sill assembly are connected to each other, the vehicle body sill assembly and the chassis sill assembly (2) are arranged side by side in a transverse direction, and the vehicle body sill assembly is arranged on the side facing the exterior of the vehicle. According to the vehicle sill structure, the weight of the structure is reduced and the space for the battery module is increased while the safety is guaranteed.
