Abstract:
It is possible to provide a vehicle steering control device capable of performing self-tuning
in accordance with various characteristics of a vehicle. An ECU includes: a control
information acquisition unit (501) which acquires control information as information
associated with control of vehicle steering; a parameter value calculation
unit (502) which calculates a value after modification of a parameter which requires
value modification among various steering control parameters in accordance
with the control information acquired by the control information acquisition
unit (501); and a parameter value rewriting unit (503) which rewrites the steering
control parameter value. The control information includes: information indicating
system characteristics of the vehicle, information held by a chassis control
system, and information on components constituting the steering system mounted
on the vehicle. The priority of control information to be referenced is changed
between the first tuning and the second tuning and after.
