A vehicle steering control method, comprising: receiving a steering request of a vehicle, the steering request carrying a steering request angle; acquiring a steering mode, a travelling direction, and the current wheel angle feedback value of the current vehicle; searching a preset mapping table of wheel angles and axle center virtual tire angles for the current axle center virtual tire angle corresponding to the wheel angle feedback value; determining a required steering angle of the vehicle on the basis of the steering mode, the travelling direction, and the steering request angle, the required steering angle being an axle center virtual tire angle of a bicycle model; and on the basis of the required steering angle and the current axle center virtual tire angle, controlling the vehicle to steer according to the steering request angle. According to the vehicle steering control method, when a vehicle steers, a virtual tire angle closed-loop operation at the axle center of a bicycle model is realized, and the control error during vehicle steering can be reduced. The present application further relates to a vehicle steering control apparatus, a vehicle, and a computer-readable storage medium.
