Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle sun visor having strength for ensuring impact resistance at both ends of a support shaft and at a peripheral edge of a visor body. A vehicle sun visor 1 has a visor body 2 which includes plate-shaped first and second core materials 2a, 2b layered on each other. A support shaft 3 is disposed in a recess 2f provided to an upper side of the visor body 2. The support shaft 3 is detachably hooked to a hook 23 on a vehicle interior ceiling surface 21. The first core material 2a has: an outer peripheral rib 2c provided along an outer peripheral edge; and an inner peripheral rib 2d provided along the outer peripheral rib 2c on the inner side of the outer peripheral rib 2c. The support shaft 3 is integral with the first core material 2a. Both ends 3b, 3c of the support shaft 3 extend out across the outer peripheral rib 2c and the inner peripheral rib 2d of the first core material 2a.
