Abstract:
A vehicle system (1) comprises a plurality of equipment (E) and a control unit. The plurality of equipment (E) is installed onboard a vehicle (V) and achieves functions for which a predetermined level of safety standards is set for each piece of equipment. The control unit includes a plurality of ECUs (31) to (34) which can execute processing related to the safety standards for the equipment (E) and which are assigned to each level of the safety standards. The plurality of ECUs (31) to (34) are connected to equipment (E) for which the assigned level of safety standards is set, not connected to equipment (E) for which a different level of safety standards is set, and execute processing related to the safety standards corresponding to the assigned level with respect to the connected equipment (E). With this arrangement, the vehicle system (1) can be used to properly set up a system that ensures safety.
