Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a vehicle and a traffic system. The vehicle comprises a vehicle body; lower driving wheels are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body; the lower driving wheels can move along a lower rail; the vehicle body is further provided with upper driving wheels; the upper driving wheels can move along an upper rail ; the vehicle body is provided with an adjusting device; the adjusting device can adjust the positions of the upper driving wheels, so that the upper driving wheels are separated from or come into contact with the upper rail. According to the present invention, the vehicle is provided with the structures of the lower driving wheels and the upper driving wheels at the same time, the conversion of the vehicle between a lower rail driving state and an upper rail driving state can be realized by means of the adjusting device, and all the vehicles travelling on the lower rail and the upper rail travel at a constant required driving speed, the road passing efficiency is improved to the maximum extent, the urban traffic congestion problem can be effectively solved, and the limitation of an existing vehicle is well overcome.
