Abstract:
A vehicular camera device comprising a camera for capturing an image of a vehicle-rear side of a cover glass through the cover glass. In the cover glass, a hydrophilic film is disposed at neither ends, in a vehicle width direction, of a transparent electrically conductive film. Accordingly, movement of water from the hydrophilic film to the ends in the vehicle width direction of the transparent electrically conductive film is inhibited, making it possible to inhibit unwanted infiltration of water to the ends in the vehicle width direction of the transparent electrically conductive film.
