Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a monitoring unit (16) that centrally manages logs, which are information about exchanges between an on-board ECU installed in a vehicle and an application server on a WAN in a communication-establishing process, and that detects faults in the communication-establishing process; and a cause-identifying log output unit (26) that, when a fault is detected by the monitoring unit (16), outputs a cause-identifying log presumed to make it possible to identify the fault from among the logs managed by the monitoring unit (16).
