Abstract:
A vehicular drive device (100) that comprises a rotary electric machine (MG) that is arranged on a first axis (A1), a differential gear mechanism (DF) that is arranged on a second axis (A2), an output member (OUT) that is arranged on the second axis (A2), an inverter device (INV), and a case (1). A first housing chamber (5) that houses the rotary electric machine (MG) and a second housing chamber (3) that houses the inverter device (INV) and is partitioned from the first housing chamber (5) by a partition wall (70) are integrally formed inside the case (1). A specific part (SP) of the output member (OUT) that coincides with the rotary electric machine (MG) in the axial direction (L) is housed in at least the first housing chamber (5), and the partition wall (70) is provided between the specific part (SP) and the inverter device (INV).
