Abstract:

This vehicular power transmission device (automatic transmission (1)) is provided with a drum (30). A power transmission part (35) of the drum is configured by a plurality of connection members (36) for connecting a first annular section (31) and a second annular section (31). Each of the connection members has: a first rod-like connection section (36a) connected to the first annular section and extending from the first annular section toward the second annular section; a second rod-like connection section (36b) which is provided offset in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the drum with respect to the first rod-like connection section, is connected to the second annular section, and extends from the second annular section toward the first annular section; and an intermediate connection section (36c) for connecting an end section on the second annular section side of the first rod-like connection section and an end section on the first annular section side of the second rod-like connection section.
